Kuvings Europe – Return & Refund Policy

§1 Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen (14) days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you who is not the carrier, take possession of the goods.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notice of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

§3 Mandatory Return Procedure & Costs (BeNeLuX Region)

To ensure a smooth return process and to generate your return shipping label, you must strictly follow the procedure below. This policy applies specifically to returns originating from the BeNeLuX region (Belgium, Netherlands, Luxembourg).

1. Return Shipping Fee (Deduction)
For voluntary returns (exercising the right of withdrawal), we provide an automated return shipping label for your convenience. Please be aware of the following costs:

  • A Return Shipping Fee of EUR 15.00(Fifteen) will be charged per return label.
  • This fee applies to each package/label (maximum weight of 20kg per package).
  • This amount will be automatically deducted from your final refund amount. You do not need to pay this upfront.

2. How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, you must send an email to info@kuvings-europe.com including the following mandatory information:

  • Order Number (e.g., #KE0000)
  • Reason for Return
  • Details of Complaint (if applicable)
  • Mandatory Consent Statement: You must copy and paste the following sentence into your email to confirm your understanding of our policy:
    "I have read and fully agree to the Refund Policy at https://kuvings-europe.com/policies/refund-policy."

* Note: The automated return label will only be generated and sent to your email after we have received the request containing the mandatory consent statement above.

§4 Consequences of Withdrawal & Refund Method

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse you for all payments received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of the additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), minus the Return Shipping Fee mentioned in §3 (if applicable).

The refund shall be made without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen (14) days from the day on which we received your notice of withdrawal. We will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise.

Note on Withholding Refund:
We may withhold reimbursement until we have either received the goods back or you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever occurs first.

Diminished Value
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods. Normal inspection and testing (as would be permitted in a retail shop) are not grounds for deduction.
