Kuvings Europe – Terms and Conditions
§1 Scope and Customer Information
These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) govern the contractual relationship between
NUC Electronics Europe GmbH – Kuvings Europe and consumers or business customers purchasing goods through our online shop.
Any terms and conditions of the customer that conflict with or deviate from these GTC shall not be recognized.
The contract language is English. If you require a translation into Dutch, please contact our customer service.
§2 Conclusion of Contract
The product presentations on our website are non-binding offers.
You may place one or more products in your shopping cart. During checkout, you will enter your personal details, select your preferred payment and shipping options, and confirm your order.
By clicking the “Order” button, you make a binding offer to purchase the selected goods.
Once you receive our order confirmation email, the purchase contract is deemed concluded.
§3 Storage of Contract Text & Electronic Invoicing
Your order details and all information about the concluded contract (e.g., product, price, etc.) are stored by us.
We will send you these GTC by email, and you can review them on our website at any time after completing your order.
If you have created a customer account, you can view your previous orders within your login area.
Electronic Invoicing (Eco-Friendly Policy)
In the interest of environmental protection ("Save Paper, Go Green"), we do not enclose paper invoices or packing slips with the shipment. By accepting these terms, you agree to receive your invoices electronically. Your invoice is available for download via the link in your order confirmation email or by scanning the QR code on the shipping box. Additionally, you may request an electronic copy at any time by contacting us at info@kuvings-europe.com.
§4 Correction Notice
Before submitting your order, you may correct or modify your entries at any time using the delete or back functions in your browser.
We will inform you of additional correction options during the order process.
You can also cancel the ordering process at any time by closing your browser window.
§5 Statutory Warranty Rights
All goods are covered by the statutory warranty rights provided under applicable law.
In the event of a defect, you are entitled to the corresponding legal warranty claims.
§6 Limitation of Liability
We shall not be liable for slightly negligent breaches of duty, provided these do not concern essential contractual obligations or damages resulting from injury to life, body, or health.
The same applies to breaches of duty by our legal representatives or vicarious agents.
Essential contractual obligations include, in particular, the duty to deliver goods that are free from material and legal defects and to transfer ownership to the customer.
§7 Jurisdiction for Commercial Customers
For all disputes arising from this contractual relationship, the exclusive place of jurisdiction shall be our registered office, provided that you are a merchant (Kaufmann) within the meaning of the German Commercial Code (HGB).
§8 Consumer Information: SMS Newsletter
(1) Purpose of Processing
By subscribing to SMS marketing from Kuvings Europe during checkout or through our sign-up forms, you consent to receive recurring text messages (e.g., order updates, cart reminders, promotional offers, and review requests).
Message frequency may vary. Your consent is not a condition of purchase.
We may change or update the phone numbers or short codes used for this service.
Messages sent to outdated numbers (including STOP or HELP requests) may not be received.
We shall not be liable for delayed, failed, or misdirected messages or for any resulting damages.

(2) Legal Basis

(5) Right of Withdrawal
You can unsubscribe at any time by replying STOP to any message or using the unsubscribe link in each newsletter.
We do not charge for this service, but standard SMS or data charges from your mobile carrier may apply.
§9 Consumer Information: Participation in janoFair
We participate in the janoFair dispute resolution process, an alternative to government-recognized consumer arbitration boards.
If a dispute arising from our contractual relationship cannot be resolved amicably, you may use the free dispute resolution procedure provided by janoFair.
The statute of limitations for any claims is suspended during this procedure.
If no agreement is reached, you retain the right to pursue legal action.
