Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg: Free shipping for orders over €149. For orders under €149, shipping costs €25.
Standard shipping
- Please note that juicers and blenders (excluding spare parts) cannot be shipped to PO boxes. If your order is addressed to a PO box, please be aware that your order may be canceled.
- After shipping, the estimated delivery time is 4-6 working days.
- We reserve the right to conduct a security review. If your order is affected, we will notify you within 1-4 business days.
Correct your address
Currently, you cannot change your address after receiving your order. Please call us immediately if you notice an error in your information. You can reach us at +49 (0)6196 - 950 2397. We will be happy to help you cancel your order and place a new one.
cancellation
To cancel an order that hasn't been processed yet, you can call us at +49 (0)6196 - 950 2397. However, if your order has already been processed and shipped, we cannot cancel or redirect your order. If you absolutely must request a cancellation during delivery, we reserve the right not to be responsible for any additional costs incurred in intercepting or rerouting the package. Please refer to our cancellation policy if you were unable to cancel your order and wish to return it after receiving your goods.
Shipment tracking
- All orders are shipped with UPS or DHL. You will receive UPS or DHL will send you a separate email with your tracking number.
