Ingrediënten
- 3 tbsp carrot pulp
- 200 g almond flour
- 1 tsp cinnamon powder
- 80 g allulose
- Coating chocolate
- Chocolate for drizzling
- Sprinkles
How to Make
- Juice the carrots and set the leftover pulp aside.
- Add all ingredients to a large bowl and mix well.
- Roll the mixture into bite-sized balls.
- Dip each ball in melted chocolate to coat.
- Finish with drizzled chocolate and sprinkles.
