Rice Paper Pastry
Don't throw away your leftover juicing pulp! This easy recipe helps you make the most of every ingredient with almost no waste.
Ingrediënten
- A small amount of celery pulp
- A small amount of spinach pulp
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup milk
- Rice paper
- Cheese
Instructions
- Whisk the egg and milk together until well combined.
- Dip each rice paper sheet into the mixture and let it soften for about 15–20 seconds.
- Mix the celery pulp, spinach pulp, and cheese together.
- Place the filling onto the softened rice paper and roll it up.
- Repeat until all the ingredients are used. This recipe makes 6 rolls.
- Sprinkle a little sesame seeds on top (optional).
- Air fry at 12 minutes until golden and crispy.
