STRAWBERRY & MANGO ICE CREAMS (sugar-free)

Can you make ice pops at home? These ice tubes are an absolute hit! Especially if you’re lactose intolerant. They contain only fruit — healthy, refreshing, and incredibly delicious.

Ingrediënten

2 cups strawberries

2 mangoes

3 lemons

3 tablespoons maple syrup

Voorbereiding

Juice the strawberries with lemon juice and maple syrup.

Juice the mangoes with lemon juice and maple syrup.

Pour both smoothies into silicone ice molds.

Freeze for 4 hours.
