The statutory warranty and customer service from Kuvings Europe apply exclusively to products purchased through authorized distribution channels in Germany, Austria, or the Netherlands.

We recommend purchasing only through official distribution channels.

The warranty for Kuvings® products applies from the date of purchase, provided they are used for household purposes and were purchased from us (Kuvings Netherlands).

Kuvings will replace or repair the product free of charge if the claim is made within 2 years of the purchase date and the warranty conditions are met. After one year from the date of purchase, return shipping costs must be paid by the customer.

This warranty applies to products purchased in Germany, Austria, and the Netherlands. For customers in other EU countries, please contact our customer service for warranty terms applicable to your region.

Exclusion of Warranty

  1. IMPROPER USE: Kuvings assumes no liability for parts or labor for component failure or other damages resulting from improper use or installation, or from failure to clean and/or maintain the product in accordance with the user manual provided with each unit.
  2. IMPROPER ELECTRICAL CONNECTIONS: Kuvings is not responsible for the repair or replacement of failed or damaged components resulting from a power failure, the use of extension cords, low voltage, or voltage drops at the unit.
  3. CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES: This warranty does not cover defects resulting from normal wear and tear, handling, abuse, misuse, or aggressive chemicals. It also does not extend to products from which the serial number has been removed or altered, or to modifications made by unauthorized service personnel, or to damage caused by flood or fire.
  4. (Exclusion) for discoloration, deposits (buildup), and scratches that may arise from juicing, especially of hard vegetables, spices, and herbs.
  5. (Exclusion) for the use of household products* for non-private purposes, especially for commercial use and usage frequency that exceeds the normal household level; in such cases, the warranty claim is excluded. The household products* described in the warranty terms are intended exclusively for private household use.
  6. This warranty does not apply to products sold or used outside of Germany, and Kuvings is not responsible for warranty claims.
