Boost your eye health with these ingredients!
Carrots are a rich source of beta-carotene — a form of vitamin A that plays a key role in eye health. It supports vision, especially in low light, and helps prevent age-related macular degeneration and cataracts.
Blueberries are rich in anthocyanins, potent antioxidants that protect the eyes from oxidative stress and inflammation — factors that contribute to cataracts, glaucoma, and macular degeneration.
Plums provide a healthy dose of vitamin C, which protects the eye’s blood vessels and may reduce the risk of cataracts.
Enjoy juicing!

Zutaten
6 Karotten
2 Pflaumen
100 g Heidelbeeren, frisch oder aufgetaut
Entsaftungszeit: 4 Minuten
Saftmenge: 600 ml
Ergibt 2 Portionen
Ingredients
6 carrots
2 plums
100 g blueberries (fresh or thawed)
Juicing time: 4 minutes
Juice yield: 600 ml

Preparation
Carrots: Cut lengthwise, remove the core, and juice with skin on. If large, quarter them. With the REVO830, no cutting is needed if they fit; for the AUTO10S, cut into 2–3 pieces.
Plums: Cut in half around the pit, juice with skin.
Blueberries: Juice whole. Thaw frozen berries before juicing.
Cold-press method:
Start with blueberries (they’re soft and light), then add plums, and finish with carrots one by one.
Tip: If your carrots are limp, cut the tops off and soak them overnight in cold water to restore freshness.
Health Benefits

Carrots
Rich in antioxidants such as alpha-carotene, lutein, beta-carotene, and lycopene. Beta-carotene is known for its cancer-preventive effects and supports the body’s natural defense systems. Carrot juice also helps soothe ulcers and supports gut health with antiseptic phytonutrients.

Plums
Provide minerals like iron, manganese, potassium, phosphorus, and magnesium — all vital for blood pressure and heart function. Magnesium has a calming effect, supports the nervous system, and promotes deep REM sleep. The malic and quinic acids in plums may bind heavy metals linked to memory loss and neurodegenerative diseases such as Alzheimer’s. Regular consumption promotes clearer vision, better digestion, healthier skin, and improved immunity.

Blueberries
Known for their ability to reverse short-term memory loss associated with aging. They act like a natural probiotic, preventing bacteria from adhering to urinary tract walls. Rich in antiviral properties and natural salicylic acid, blueberries contain anthocyanin — the pigment responsible for their deep color — which is highly valued for cancer prevention. They have one of the highest antioxidant levels among all fruits and vegetables.
