Apple Pie Smoothie
Autumn is here – the season of apples and delicious apple pies has begun.
So how about enjoying that cozy flavor in a glass? Fruity, creamy, and full of autumn warmth!
Ingredients:
2 apples
1 banana
1 cup milk (e.g., almond milk)
1 tablespoon maple syrup
1 tablespoon Ceylon cinnamon
1 tablespoon flaxseeds (optional)
lots of LOVE 💛
First, juice the apples with your Kuvings Slow Juicer. Then add the banana and the remaining ingredients.
Sugar-Free Caramel:
½ cup coconut sugar
½ cup coconut milk (thick part after cooling)
A pinch of Himalayan salt
Mix all ingredients and bring to a boil. Then simmer over low heat for a few more minutes until the mixture thickens.
