Carrot Cake Pops

Nothing beats a handmade treat. These Carrot Cake Pops are packed with warmth and that special 'carrot magic' your Valentine will adore. They're as sweet to give as they are to eat!

 

Ingredients

  • 3 tbsp carrot pulp
  • 200 g almond flour
  • 1 tsp cinnamon powder
  • 80 g allulose
  • Coating chocolate
  • Chocolate for drizzling
  • Sprinkles

 

How to Make

  1. Juice the carrots and set the leftover pulp aside.
  2. Add all ingredients to a large bowl and mix well.
  3. Roll the mixture into bite-sized balls.
  4. Dip each ball in melted chocolate to coat.
  5. Finish with drizzled chocolate and sprinkles.
