Glow Dubai Cups – healthy, sugar-free & gluten-free

Crispy, creamy, and chocolatey – these little cups perfectly show that “healthy” and “incredibly delicious” can go hand in hand. The combination of roasted flakes, smooth pistachio cream, and dark chocolate makes them a dessert you’ll fall in love with.

Ingredients (for about 6–8 pieces)

2 bars dark chocolate (sugar-free, palm oil-free)

2 cups unsalted pistachios

¼ cup agave syrup

½ cup buckwheat flakes (or cornflakes)

Preparation

  1. Melt the chocolate in a water bath. Spoon a bit into muffin cups, coat the sides, and freeze briefly.
  2. Blend the pistachios in the Kuvings CB1000 Premium Vacuum Blender until you get a smooth, creamy nut butter.
  3. Mix the pistachio cream with agave syrup and flakes.
  4. Fill the mixture into the prepared chocolate bases and cover with another layer of chocolate.
  5. Sprinkle with chopped pistachios and chill in the fridge or freezer until firm.
