Dubai Cups
Glow Dubai Cups – healthy, sugar-free & gluten-free
Crispy, creamy, and chocolatey – these little cups perfectly show that “healthy” and “incredibly delicious” can go hand in hand. The combination of roasted flakes, smooth pistachio cream, and dark chocolate makes them a dessert you’ll fall in love with.
Ingredients (for about 6–8 pieces)
2 bars dark chocolate (sugar-free, palm oil-free)
2 cups unsalted pistachios
¼ cup agave syrup
½ cup buckwheat flakes (or cornflakes)

Preparation
- Melt the chocolate in a water bath. Spoon a bit into muffin cups, coat the sides, and freeze briefly.
- Blend the pistachios in the Kuvings CB1000 Premium Vacuum Blender until you get a smooth, creamy nut butter.
- Mix the pistachio cream with agave syrup and flakes.
- Fill the mixture into the prepared chocolate bases and cover with another layer of chocolate.
- Sprinkle with chopped pistachios and chill in the fridge or freezer until firm.
