Healthy Oatmeal Pancakes

Ingredients
- 1 cup oats
- 1 ripe banana
- ¾ cup milk (or plant-based milk alternatives)
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 tablespoon peanut butter
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil

Preparation
- Blend the oats in the CB1000 blender until they reach a soft, flour-like texture – true perfection.
- Add the remaining ingredients and blend until well combined but not too long. The batter will be thick and should stick to a spoon.
- Heat a pan with a bit of coconut oil, pour in about 2 tablespoons of batter, and spread it evenly.
