Ingredients for the Bowl
- Romaine lettuce
- Black beans, bell pepper, tomatoes, corn
- Oven-roasted sweet potatoes
- Avocado salsa
- 2 avocados
- Fresh cilantro and parsley
- Lemon juice
- Chili and garlic
- Tahini
- Sunflower and pumpkin seeds
- Water and Himalayan salt
Preparation
- Blend all ingredients for the salsa into a creamy sauce using the Kuvings Auto Vacuum Blender
- Arrange the lettuce and vegetables in a bowl, top with the avocado salsa, and serve.
