🍐 Kohlrabi-Apple-Pear Juice

Ingredients:
1 small kohlrabi (approx. 100 g)
1 apple
1 pear
½ lemon (optional for extra freshness)
Preparation:
Wash and chop the fruits and vegetables.

Ingredients:
1 persimmon
2 seedless mandarins
½ quince (core removed)
A splash of lemon juice
Preparation:
Peel the fruits (except the quince) and cut into pieces.

🎃 Pumpkin Turmeric Latte with Almond Milk
Turmeric gives this “golden milk” its warm color and spicy-sweet flavor – treasured for centuries in India as a healing drink.
Swap your morning coffee tomorrow for a flavor-packed Pumpkin Turmeric Latte with fresh almond milk!

Ingredients (for 2 cups):
300 ml water
1 cinnamon stick
A pinch of ground cardamom
1 cm fresh turmeric
1 black tea bag
200 ml almond milk
2 tsp turmeric powder
60 g pumpkin purée (preferably fresh Hokkaido pumpkin)
2 tbsp maple syrup (or more to taste)
Kuvings Juicer with smoothie strainer
Optional: Vacuum Blender
Preparation:
- Prepare almond milk using the Kuvings juicer.
- Halve the Hokkaido pumpkin and roast for about 30 minutes at 180°C.
- Heat water, cinnamon, cardamom, cloves, and fresh turmeric in a pot.
- Once the water turns brownish, let the tea bag steep for about 5 minutes.
Add almond milk, pumpkin purée, turmeric powder, and maple syrup to the smoothie attachment and blend until creamy.
Pour into the pot and gently stir together.
Pour into cups and sprinkle with a bit of turmeric.
