Today, we’ll show you a recipe for a walnut chocolate drink that’s not only creamy but also very healthy – completely without added sugar.
Recipe for the healthy chocolate drink:
60 g walnuts
4–5 dates (pitted, depending on desired sweetness)
250 ml water (for soaking)
3 tsp cocoa powder (unsweetened)
½ tsp vanilla extract or vanilla powder
300–400 ml fresh water (for the juicer)
Preparation:
- Soak the walnuts and dates in 250 ml of water for about 2–3 hours.
- Drain the soaking water, then add the nuts and dates to a bowl with fresh water.
- Add cocoa powder and vanilla, then stir briefly.
- Pour the mixture together into the slow juicer.
- The juicer separates solids from liquids – resulting in a creamy, natural chocolate drink.
